Structural Design
DMA were appointed to deliver the structural design of the substructure, comprised of basement ground bearing slab and ground floor suspended slab which are to be constructed using In-situ Reinforced Concrete, forming a robust concrete box. This box supports the wooden superstructure with cladding made from local stone.
