DMA were appointed to deliver the structural design of both buildings that comprise two structurally independent RC frames, with a shared basement and podium that covers the full footprint of the area. The taller building is a modern block of flats with a private swimming pool at roof level and at Ground floor, while the two-storey building brings a classic architectural tone, with a private pool at Ground Floor level.
