New Homes
This project is phase 3 of a masterplan to deliver 209 homes in Deptford, SE8. The site will consist of 51 private sale, 117 London Affordable Rent and a further 41 homes available through Shared Ownership, a part-buy part-rent government backed scheme aimed at helping first time buyers onto the property ladder.
DMA have worked on the behalf of the main consultant and provided the detailed structural design as well as the RC detailing for this project in accordance to the Eurocodes.
