Cyprus Maritime and Marine Institute. This is a government funded projects located in Mackenzy area in Larnaca.

This project will house all the needs of the institute. The south wing will include offices, meeting rooms and multi-purpose areas. The west wing will include laboratories and a workshop for buoy space, boat/truck space and autonomous vessels space.

The structure will be of steel construction with braced and portalised bays for lateral stability. The floors will be of composite slab construction using the Comfloor deck system.

We undertook the structural design, project management and site supervision until completion.
